I would like to thank all those at Impala Car Rental for the good service they are providing. The car we used was just but new, not at one point did we stop to check water or oil level. The customer service was out of this world especially from Alfred and Munashe who were always willing to help. Each time I had problems of getting fuel they were just a phone call away and would get out way to keep on road (ndinoti vakomana rambai makadaro, basa ramunobata iguru uye munorigona chose). Absolutely fantastic service from Impala, particularly as we had booked and expected a Mazda Famillia. When we arrived in Harare to pick it up,there was no sign of a Famillia and we were given for the same price a Mitsubishi 4X4 diesel. This really made our two weeks holiday and it was fun to drive. Our church has rented with Impala Car Hire in the past and surely we've always had a great experience with them. I found your service to be very good all round. The car was in good condition and it drove well with no breakdowns or any major problems. Your team was reliable and kept the promise to wait for me at the airport. The two things I would recommend is that maybe if possible, you could increase your fleet and availability of bigger vehicles but obviously you would know better than me regarding this aspect. Also I would like to point out that I think each vehicle hire should automatically come with a full tank because in some cases you may end up wasting a lot of time looking for fuel in Zim. We hired a Mistubishi 4x4 Truck-August 15 till the 7th of Septemer 2007. It was the best vehicle we have ever hired while-being on holiday in Zimbabwe.I just wanted to let you know that we were totally happy with your service-200% happy. The good service by Alfred [i think it was] of Impala Cars, to sum it up in one word was exceptional. Owning a small business of my own [very small] I know what it takes to treat all clients with your best customer service skills, at all times. A lot of people behind the counter don't really understand all this. I have always told my staff that the quality of care you extend should be to treat people the way you would want them to treat you. It makes good sense and definately will make any venture successful, and Impala Cars exemplified that process by making my rental experience very good and really enjoyable. He stayed late Saturday evening after everyone had left to process my paperwork, after I arrived late. The Jeep Cherokee was ready and he explained how to shift the Jeep into four wheel drive - ha ha ha ha. Now thats customer service. We are not always trustful about these Car rental Companies. Many times in the past we have made reservations, and then when we try to call for the car that we reserved,it won't be there. The prices that are put on their sites are not always honoured, or sometimes more charges are made that you don't know and understand at all. We had a wonderful time in Kadoma, Kwekwe and Chinhoyi with my parents and sisters. We hired a Lucida Minibus 8 seater and I'm really, really grateful that the people at Impala took it upon themselves to see to it that nothing would spoil our stay. I will use Impala Car Rental again next year. I am back in Summerside now so I thought I would send you words of thanks. You are very professional in the way you handle clients. We booked for a Nissan Sunny through your website and it was exactly the car that was given to us. The man who was waiting for us at the airport was very helpful. [Very funny old Mudhara] He was holding the placard labelled Dr F Gono quite high that nobody could miss it. He had the car and the papers ready, and I signed. We drove to Hillside and I was finished at their office in less than ten minutes. Very efficient. And their rates, it was exactly the same as on the site; nothing unknown to me was added. Everything was good!! We had a terrific time. All transfers, hotels, the RVR Truck etc. that you arranged were on time and met all our expectations. Particularly, we loved Inyanga... It's a lovely place to holiday!! The hotel ' Inn on Rupurara' was beautiful... quite "African style" yet very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the location was superb. we wish we would have stayed longer... we couldn't see any lion!! Anyway, we understand it's a matter of luck, and it gives us a good excuse to come again!
